To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Amy found herself catapulted into the media circus that followed her daughter, sometimes with devastating consequences.

Ebooks fulfilled through Glose cannot be printed, downloaded as PDF, or read in other digital readers (like Kindle or Nook). As a grandparent to Katie’s son Harvey, Amy has also become a prolific campaigner for families of children with disabilities – but there was one battle she had to fight alone. I also agree with her comments about Peter Andre - I had the feeling as I was reading the section about him that lawyers had combed through it and probably pulled quite a lot out. Now the book is a best seller, not only does Amy have the last word but she’s also had the last laugh.Narcs can make you feel like you're going insane to the point of drowning in their drama and their plea of being the victim all the time. I sincerely hope that when the time comes Amy finds some peace, her worries over all her children and grandchildren are eased, and she is able to finally rest easy.

I've listened to the audio version of this over the last week and I've got to say the narrator is great. If always been a bit ambivalent about Peter Andre but after reading this, I dislike him intensely and it just goes to show what a shameless PR campaign he has used.Amy gave a balanced and honest viewpoint of everything in both hers and Katie's life, which was refreshing to read. While ive always been a fan of hers in her previous years, i realised quickly that shes human and i just wish her well.

Her mother is a strong woman and I didn’t realise has undergone a lung transplant - I wish her all the best even though it is hard as she probably won’t recover but hope she can hang on longer now she has had the transplant. But submission is not a word in Amy’s vocabulary and so she refused to capitulate to her greatest challenge. This book isn't biased and she really does give some of her family's life choices a good going over. I really enjoyed hearing more about Amy's life, as well as the life of Katie, her brother and sister, and Katie's children and ex partners. But submission is not a word in Amy's vocabulary and so she refused to capitulate to her greatest challenge. They help us to know which pages are the most and least popular and see how visitors move around the site. I sound my own difficult to deal with over the years as well as that of my husband and children and lost a friend due to mental health. It seemed to flit from blaming others, to accepting Kate makes the wrong choices but not knowing why, to not understanding why Kate does what she does. Kate has been through so much and i can understand to some extent the walls she has put up due to the continued rejection and hurt shes faced, while its no secret she wanted to be famous and chose this life, this book also helps understand why she kept chasing things that didnt serve her.
